Penicillin G Procaine + Penicillin G Benzathine + Dihydrostreptomycin Sulfate LA Suspension for Injection is a combination antibiotic drug used to treat bacterial infections in many types of animals like camels, cats, cows, dogs, goats, horses, sheep and pigs. It is used to treat respiratory infections, mastitis, gastrointestinal infections, and urinary tract infections.
Penicillin G Procaine + Penicillin G Benzathine + Dihydrostreptomycin Sulfate LA Suspension for Injection is a long-acting, extended-release formula that will allow for sustained levels of the antibiotics within the blood. The combination shows synergistic activity against many types of gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, including Campylobacter, Clostridium, Corynebacterium, E. coli, Erysipelothrix, Haemophilus, Klebsiella, Listeria, Pasteurella, Salmonella, Staphylococcus and Streptococcus.
Procaine G Penicillin is a combined drug including both Penicillin G Potassium and Procaine HCl. Penicillin G Potassium belongs to the family of medicines called penicillin antibiotics, which work by inhibiting cell wall formation within the bacteria. Procaine HCl reduces the pain caused by the Penicillin G injection. Procaine G Penicillin is also known by the names Procaine Benzylpenicillin and Penicillin G Procaine.

Dosage
How much Penicillin G Procaine + BPG + DHSM should be given to livestock?
The usual dose is 1ml for every 10 kg of body weight, given every 72 hours. Under the direction of a veterinary professional, it may be appropriate to administer every 48 hours.
Each injection site should not exceed 20ml in cattle, 10ml in swine, and 5ml in calves/sheep/goats.

Side Effects
