Metamizole + Dexamethasone + Vitamin C Injection is a combination anti-inflammatory used to relieve severe pain and reduce fever in many species of animals such as cows, dogs, goats, sheep, horses and pigs. It is an effective treatment for a high fever caused by infections, such as Eperythrozoon, toxoplasmosis, Circovirus, and infectious pleurisy.
Due to its antispasmodic properties, it can also be used to treat gastrointestinal, biliary, or urinary colic. When administered via intramuscular injection, clinical effects may be observed within 30 minutes.
Metamizole sodium belongs to the family of drugs called pyrazolone derivatives. It displays analgesic, antipyretic and antispasmodic properties. It does have some weak anti-inflammatory effects as well. Metamizole is also known by the name Dipyrone.

Side Effects
