Benzalkonium Bromide (BB) Disinfectant is an antimicrobial surfactant used to disinfect and clean surfaces and equipment, including livestock or poultry housing. When diluted to 0.01%, it is safe to use on surgical instruments, skin, and wounds.
Benzalkonium is a quaternary ammonium compound, which is used as a biocide and cationic surfactant. It is highly active against gram-positive bacteria and shows a wide range of activity against gram-negative bacteria, viruses, and fungi. It should be noted that when administered with anionic surfactants and metal ions, this compound has an antagonist effect.

Do not use for synthetic rubber.
