Targeted Health Support
Benefits
Probiotics benefit the healthy gut bacteria
This supplement can prevent gut inflammation and other intestinal diseases by protecting the healthy gut bacteria. Probiotics lead to more beneficial bacteria and less harmful ones. This also leads to better digestion and overall health. It can restore the natural balance of gut bacteria in excessive usage of antibiotics and also in cases of poor diet.
Probiotics benefit in cases of diarrhea
Food toxicosis or poisoning can be treated with this supplement. The treatment process might include other drugs and supplements depending on the cause of diarrhea. It can completely cure the diarrhea or can reduce its severity. Probiotics can also positively affect the balance of good bacteria in cases of diarrhea caused by antibiotics.
This supplement can also reduce the risk of travelers’ diarrhea. It can be used as a preventative measure for people who travel to countries with cuisines that differ from the ones of their homeland.
Probiotics benefit in cases of mental health conditions
Gut health can also be linked to mood and mental health. Animal and human studies show that probiotics can improve the condition in cases of mental health disorders. Studies show that using supplements with beneficial strains of bacteria for 1-2 months can improve anxiety, depression, autism, memory, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Probiotics benefit the cardiovascular health
Probiotics can also help lower bad cholesterol and blood pressure. These are the main factors that lead to cardiovascular diseases. These beneficial bacteria can also reduce the cholesterol by breaking down bile in the gut. Bile is made of cholesterol and helps digestion.
Probiotics benefit in cases of allergies and eczema
This supplement can reduce the severity of eczema, especially in younger populations. It can also reduce the symptoms of allergies, like excessive itching, swelling, and even difficulty breathing. However, other drugs need to be taken in cases of allergies. This includes antihistamines. Consult with a doctor to provide you with a list of drugs and supplements for cases of allergies and eczema.
Probiotics benefit in cases of digestive disorders
This supplement can be prescribed for certain chronic digestive disorders, including ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. It can also improve the condition of people with mild ulcerative colitis. This supplement is often prescribed to restore the harmful gut bacteria with beneficial gut bacteria.
Probiotics benefit food intolerance
Many people suffer from food intolerance. The most common food intolerances include lactose and gluten intolerance, which can lead to many side effects, including gases, gastrointestinal upset, constipation or diarrhea, vomiting, and even difficulty breathing. This supplement is often recommended in cases of food intolerance. However, intolerant people should avoid food that contains lactose and gluten or any other ingredient that they are intolerant to in order to avoid side effects.
Probiotics benefit the immune system
This product can reduce the chances of secondary bacterial, fungal, or viral infections in cases of an existing disease. This is especially important when patients take antibiotics. Antibiotics can also reduce the number of beneficial gut bacteria and might lead to fungal or bacterial infections. This includes candidiasis and urinary infections. The probiotic blend can prevent further inflammation.
Probiotics benefit in weight loss
A probiotic blend of beneficial strains of bacteria can improve the absorption in the intestines and prevent the absorption of dietary fat in the intestines. There is limited scientific evidence that proves the link between probiotics and weight loss. This supplement can be combined with a low-calorie diet so that people can experience this positive effect.
Ingredients
A probiotic blend of Bifidobacterium Lactis, Lactobacillus Plantarum, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Lactobacillus Casei, Lactobacillus Paracasei, Lactobacillus Acidophilus contains six beneficial strains of bacteria that help support a healthy gut flora environment and improve digestion, as well as boost the immune system.
Studies have also shown that probiotics can have potential benefits in reducing symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and other gastrointestinal disorders. They may help alleviate symptoms such as bloating, gas, and abdominal pain.
Furthermore, probiotics have been found to have potential benefits in promoting mental health and reducing the symptoms of anxiety and depression. The gut-brain axis, which is the communication pathway between the gut and the brain, plays a crucial role in regulating mood and emotions, and probiotics may help improve this communication and reduce stress and anxiety levels.

What is the evidence for Probiotics impact on antibiotic-associated diarrhea in adults?
Probiotics are often recommended to restore the harmful gut bacteria with beneficial bacteria. This can help in preventing diarrhea associated with antibiotic consumption. Many studies confirm this.
Probiotics for the Prevention of Antibiotic-associated Diarrhea in Adults
This study is a meta-analysis that focuses on the effects of probiotics on preventive antibiotic-associated diarrhea (AAD) in adults. The study was performed based on randomized placebo-controlled trials on probiotics’ prevention of diarrhea in adults. Random and fixed effect models were used to combine the incidence of AAD and the adverse event rates. Scientists analyzed the effects of different participants' populations, probiotics species, and dosages.
This study included analyzation of 36 studies from PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, and Web of Science. This included 9,312 participants. The results showed that probiotics can reduce the incidence of AAD by 38%. There was no statistically significant increase in adverse events due to this supplement.
The study shows that the usage of probiotics as early as possible during antibiotic treatment can have a positive and safe effect on preventing AAD in adults.
Probiotics for the Prevention and Treatment of Antibiotic-Associated Diarrhea
Probiotic blends include live microorganisms to confer a health benefit when consumed. These supplements are often used to avoid diarrhea as a side effect of antibiotic usage.
The main objective of this study was to evaluate the evidence for probiotic use in the prevention and treatment of antibiotic-associated diarrhea (AAD). It included 12 electronic databases and references of the included studies and reviews.
Two independent reviewers identified parallel randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of probiotics (Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Saccharomyces, Streptococcus, Enterococcus, and/or Bacillus) for the prevention or treatment of AAD. A total of 82 RCTs were included. The total number of participants was 11,811, and it was found that probiotic administration can reduce the AAD.
The conclusion of the study was that probiotics can reduce the incidence of AAD.
